The GoldenDoodle
A Goldendoodle is a crossbreed between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. While we primarily breed them as companion dogs, Goldendoodles have been successfully trained as therapy dogs, guide dogs and other forms of assistance dogs. They are the perfect fit for families, children, other animals and social life.

Different Coats:
Having two different breeds creates a possibility of a couple different coat types. While they all should be minimal shedding there is no guarantee there will be zero shedding.

Loose Waves: This type of coat has a longer second coat. Giving it a flatter appearance closer to the retriever. They are lower maintenance compared to the other coats.
Wavy: This coat will be looser curls and somewhat smoother, flat, top coat. It generally does not have the "fluff" created by the poodle's coat. This coat will need to be brushed and groomed regularly.
Curly: This coat type will have spiral to tight curls. As puppies they will appear softer and develop as they grow. The hair will be more dense and fluffy similar to the poodle. Washing and drying this coat will give it softer curls with body and fluff
